As a self-driven innovator, you’ll systemize improvements that elevate the digital experience for every member of our international community.

  • Cloud Infrastructure Stewardship: Architect, monitor, and optimize robust IT environments with emphasis on Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, storage), ensuring resilience and scalability.
  • Identity & Access Orchestration: Oversee Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for seamless user lifecycle management, advanced access governance, and enforcement of security protocols (e.g., Conditional Access).
  • Global Technical Support: Deliver expert, remote-first troubleshooting for cloud-centric issues—empowering end-users to solve complex hardware, software, and network challenges autonomously.
  • Remote Work Enablement: Champion and optimize cloud-based collaboration (Office 365), VPN access, and remote desktop solutions—removing barriers to productivity across time zones.
  • Digital Security Implementation: Advance Azure security best practices (RBAC, identity protection) and ensure endpoint security for all device platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • IT System Maintenance: Lead proactive system updates, patch management, and software deployments to uphold security and operational excellence globally.

Required Skills & Experience: Skills-First, Global Mindset

We prioritize demonstrable skills and hands-on experience above conventional credentials.

  • Cloud Mastery: Substantial experience administering Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, VM deployment, cloud security). Azure certification (e.g., AZ-104) is a major plus.
  • Support Experience: 1–3 years in a technical support or helpdesk capacity, troubleshooting contemporary OS platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Digital Workflow Fluency: Solid experience with Office 365 admin, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS), and managing cloud services.
  • Systematic Problem-Solving: Skilled in ticketing systems and ITSM frameworks (ITIL, etc.), effectively managing and prioritizing global tickets.
  • Cybersecurity Focus: Up-to-date on cybersecurity best practices, firewall configuration, and endpoint protection strategies.
  • Remote Work Competencies: Outstanding written and verbal communication, thriving in both independent and collaborative remote work within asynchronous, global teams.
